If you have not signed up with RowCal’s Cinc WebAxis, you must create an account. You will need your ACCOUNT # from RowCal’s software to do so.  The CareTeam can provide you with your custom Account Number.

There are Convenience Fees for paying via the web portal that the processing company, not RowCal, charges. Fees are $1.99 per ECheck and $1.99 + 3% of subtotal for credit card transactions. These fees cannot be waived. ACH autopay has No Fees!
